Eurovision

Another Year another Eurovision.
Is it any good well, as entertainment value, I suppose it is.
Should The UK pull out yes I do believe we should then perhaps we can watch it as farcical entertainment without handing out over £100,000 of licence payers money, for a competition that is so politically motivated, and has nothing to do with the best wrote/performed song of the competition… (more…)

Have we been here before

Deja vú

My thoughts this month are around something I have felt before, and still have no explaination for Deja vú.
What is deja vú?. Well, most all of us are aware it means to experience the illusion of having already experienced something actually being experienced for the first time.

Have you ever over-heard your parents, or mabye a friend saying of an child “she/he’s been here before” Well, I was wondering if this could be the explanation behind deja vú. Maybe it is a past memory, maybe we have been here before, If you ask someone who has experienced it they are most likely to tell you of a feeling that is so deeply seated they would be willing to bet on having experienced the feeling once before.
