Hair Recepies Rosemary
Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean region. It is also a member of the mint family Lamiaceae, which also includes many other herbs. Rosemary is a woody, perennial herb with fragrant evergreen needle-like leaves. The flowers are variable in color, being white, pink, purple, or blue. This herb can be made into many recepies. I have included some here.

These Essential Oils should not be used in pregnancy…
Basil, Clove, cinnamon, Fennel, Hyssop, Juniper, Marjoram, Myrrh, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sage and Thyme. This list is not absolute there may well be others I am not aware of.

Can you or anyone advise why rosemary should be avoided as a hair rinse during pregnancy. I would have thought topical application would be fine, however I have seen many websites indicating it should be avoided without stating a reason.
